Scratch that guys the game is on July 13th...not the 12th.

Josh, just keep that foot on the mend. Lone Wolf is really cool, but that is certainly some terrain where you could more seriously injure yourself.

Prices for Lone Wolf:

- 20 Dollars is for your all day playing fee AND that includes the fee if you want to bring your own paint (Highly Recommended)

- I want to say its 10 dollars for all day air.

So worst case scenario you are looking at 40 dollars if you want to go have some food at the bar next door afterwards.

I should be able to make it, granted I can acquire a replacement stock in time.
I'll keep you posted.

Everyone,

Mills marker took some battlefield damage.

Does anyone have some Tippmann A5 add on parts that they would be willing to sell to Mills, or possibly one to let him borrow if you aren't going to be there?

Mills, we'll need you there, so if you need a marker, you can always use one of mine.

I'm planning on being there as long as something doesn't come up between now and then, which it shouldn't.

I've got lots of extra A-5 parts, just let me know what I need to bring and I'll bring it.

Rob,

Mills Dogleg stock was snapped in half, and his red dot took a straight shot to the lens breaking the protector.

Do you think you could lend him your A5 or switch on and off if need be?

Oh I know that. I would intentionally not come into it but the number was up there so I was making some assumptions.

I still haven't heard from.

1) Nate Bjork
2) Tyler Meyer
3) Jordan Moran

Re: July 13th Check In ***EDITED***

Post by robcordes on Tue Jul 08, 2008 11:56 pm

Sorry I haven't been on in a while. I'm up at my cottage so my computer usage is sparse.

Chris -
Got your voicemail and called you back. I used to have a ton of CO2 tanks lying around, but I can't find all of them. I should have at least one 20 oz I can spare but my stepdad still uses CO2 so he needs a couple for himself. I'll bring any extras I have to Lone Wolf.

I'm going to be flying down (my dad is a pilot) from my cottage Sunday morning, so I need to know what time to meet at your house. I would prefer closer to 10:00 since we have a wedding reception Saturday night, so it will probably be a late one. Lone Wolf opens at 10:00 but things usually don't get rolling until 11:00 or so, so I think 10:00 should be early enough.

Air at Lone Wolf is $5 per fill or $10 for all day. CO2 is $3 per fill or $6 for all day.

I know Nate is hosting a French foreign exchange student, and they were in Washington D.C. showing him the great US of A. The last time I talked to him we wasn't sure if he would make it. I'll see if I can get a hold of him and ask him.

I am still puzzled of how you can break a piece of solid of aircraft aluminum in half just playing paintball, but I have at least one assembled A-5 and a couple more in pieces. I also have a non-air-thru Dogleg that I can bring.

I am really starting to get pissed off with Lone Wolf (actually, I should be pissed off with their insurance company) because of their no red or pink filled paint policy. I'm guessing it is the result of some stupid lawyer that has not a clue about paintball, thinking that red paint may look like blood and freak somebody out or something. I've had a case of Fireball from Day of the Rangers sitting in my basement because I can't use it.

See you all Sunday morning!

No problem man. I don't understand how Lone Wolf got the "no red" policy, but Hell Survivors is a "Red only" policy.

Rob, we will make it probably an 11 to noon show up time at Lone Wolf, so don't worry about it. Get yourself some rest. See if you can wrangle Nate.

Mills, give us an equipment update...if you've been reading this you can see there are some alternatives!

Tyler and Jordan...where the heck are you guys? We need you two to be active in here.

Does anyone know what they use for their "premium" paint? It better be good at $25 for 500 rounds.

If anyone wants to be ahead of the game and pre-fill out their waiver... Link Here!

So we're not meeting at your house beforehand? I think 11:00 should be the latest we arrive. That doens't get us playing until 11:30 or so, and they close at 4:00.

I'm pretty sure Lone Wolf just sells one kind of paint. And no, it's not premium. They usually use Stinger or the ProCaps equivalent, stuff you could easily buy for $40 a case anywhere else. It ends up being about the same though when you buy your own case and pay the BYOP fee.

Anyone under 18 (just a few of us) must have a parent signature on the waiver. If one of your parents in not dropping you off, then you definitely need to print one off and get it signed.

I just asked about the paint, because their website shows a price for paint and then a price for "premium" paint. It just led me to believe that they carried two different grades.

I would just as soon by my own cheap paint and take it out there. I really think you end up saving about 20 bucks if you bring your own.

Nice heads up on the guardian signature. I'll coordinate this with our younger guys. Rob, you can handle yourself and Nate right?

Yep, I'll probably print mine off in advance in case I end up driving myself. If you forget, you can forge it. You could sign it as Walker Texas Ranger and they probably wouldn't even notice.

I need to know as well.

I talked with Nate. He got back from Viginia tonight, and should be coming on Sunday. He is short on cash, but I guess his dad is going to cover his butt. He also said that he wanted to bring along his foreign exchange student. I said it would probably be better if he didn't, but I'm sure it would be a great experience for him and it would be somewhat rude to leave him out. So, I guess my vote is to bring him along. We will most likely have walk-ons on our team anyway, considering we are technically walk-ons.
