Re: 2008 Game Schedule
What side will the team be on for the Tippmann World Challenge? Because a certain someone got rid of their A5 for a phantom...
Re: 2008 Game Schedule
I speak for myself on this one, that though these big events are really cool, and I'd love to attend one, I simply cant due to budget constraints. Getting married and having to pay for the whole thing really won't let me do stuff like that. Not complaining about that...just stating the fact.
We need some kind of contingency plan for when I won't be at a game. Me dropping off doesn't mean the organization should drop off and not be able to function the same way.
Any volunteers to lead the team and organize games if I can't make it?

I'll take over. Guys, let me know who has Tippmann's and who doesn't so we can figure out what team we need to be on. I've got a couple extra A-5's if someone needs to borrow one and I know some of you guys have a lot of extra non-Tippmann's as well.

Re: 2008 Game Schedule
I would prefer to see the team on the Tippmann side. As I am already pre registered for the entire weekend for Team Tippmann (I have a couple of Tippmann pumps I'll be running with ).
Re: 2008 Game Schedule
I’ve got my A-5. Just to make sure I understand what the game plan is; were we signing up individually then just meeting up at the event right?

Re: 2008 Game Schedule
Yeah, I figured you and Robert would be set for either side. I know Nate only has a Tippmann, so if we go with the non-Tippmann side then he will need to borrow someone's gun. Based on responses so far though, it looks like it will be the Tippmann side. I'm pretty sure Travis will have to borrow one, along with Jordan and Tyler.
As far as one day or two days of play as a team, that will be up to you. I don't want to force anyone to stay for both days, but I imagine most of you will do so anyway.

Re: 2008 Game Schedule
OK, good. Sounds like were going to for sure be on the Tippmann side.
I need everyone's opinion. Do you want to travel down as a group and stay in the same hotel, or just travel separately and meet somewhere. If we do option 2, then I'll need everyones phone numbers so we can coordinate a place to meet. I'm assuming everyone will stay in a hotel on Friday night, because things get rolling pretty early on Saturday. (7:00 to be exact) I'm starting a Tippmann Challenge Check-in so let's move this discussion over there.

Re: 2008 Game Schedule
I actually do have an X-7, but I would rather use my angel, hence the reason I never use my x7. Also, due to financial difficulties myself, I doubt I'll be able to play. I have student loans to pay back soon, and can't afford to play in an expensive big-game like that. sorry

Yeah, I know how you feel. I'd much rather use my Ion. Don't worry about not making it, student loans are for sure a priority over paintball.
