New Recruiting efforts

Hey guys,


After being a part of the team for a bit, and some of us have been together for longer than that, I was wondering if each of you could give some kind insight as to what it is about the team that you like AND what you think the ideal candidate for the team should be. We need to set some parameters.

The reason I ask is because I'm going to write a new ad for Spec Ops and PBNation for our team in order to try to pick up one or two more solid guys by the end of the year.

What do you guys think?

Just put them through the same hoops we jumped through, and make sure they are good communicators and such

maybe some kind of "get to know each other" thing would be good too, know what I mean?

I think 1 - 2 is the most we should add. I don't want this thing to get too big. A smaller, tighter knit group is always better than a large mass of people running aimlessly through the woods.

Oh I know that. I was only thinking one or two.

We do have a lot of holes to fill in though.

yeah i think a few guys would prove a positive addition so we arent always borrowing guys from other people and we can go out there as a team

3 more at the most. if we get to big its to hard to cordinate. they need to be good comunicators with radios.
